Grappa Banfi
Produced from the grape skins of the Brunello di Montalcino, Banfi Grappa, a premium grappa, is dry and austere with a penetrating, fresh finish. Unlike brandy, which is distilled from wine, Grappa is distilled from the soul of the grape – the solids left behind when the juice of the grape starts on its journey to becoming wine.

Blended Japanese whisky A tribute to the province that has been Matsui distillery’s home since 1910. THE TOTTORI range is composed of several Japanese whiskies. The use of the clean and fresh water from Tottori natural streams is key to the process.

Botran. Fine aged rum from Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. Botran was the family name of five brothers from a sugarcane producing family. In 1939, they turned to distillation. The sugarcane grows from volcanic, coastal soil and only the virgin honey is used; the result is a sweet Guatemalan rum of delightful complexity.
Bumbu was originally distilled in the late nineteenth century and is an integral part of the history of Caribbean rum. The focus is on small batch rums with original blends of spices that date back to the original production of rum in the 1600’s. Now owned by Sovereign Brands, Bumbu was originally distilled in the 1800’s.
Quinta da Boavista has been producing wine in the Douro since the first demarcation of this wine region, in 1756. The estate is clearly documented on renowned maps from 1843 which were created by the owner Joseph James Forrester (Baron of Forrester). These maps later gained fame as important references for the area: ‘Mappa do Paiz Vinhateiro do Alto Douro’ (1843) and ‘Douro Portuguez e Paiz Adjacente’ (1848).
Our Family owns about 70 hectares (173 acres) of vineyards with great exposures in the most highly rated regions of Piemonte.
The location of our vineyards in a variety of areas was not chosen randomly, but was determined by our strong belief in blending the different characteristics of each vineyard and region in order to produce wines that represent the styles of each appellation terroir as a whole, instead of individual sites.
This was the classic method of producing Barolo, Barbaresco and the other classic wines at the end of the 19th century and it still remains our Family’s philosophy, today and in the future.
If the first known reference to Lafite dates back to 1234, with a Gombaud de Lafite, abbot of the Vertheuil Monastery north of Pauillac, the existence of Lafite as a medieval lordship is attested from the fourteenth century. Lafite’s name comes from the Gascon “la hite”, meaning the mound. There were probably already vineyards on the property, but it was with the Ségurs, in the 17th century, that the vineyard was structured and Lafite’s reputation as a great wine estate consolidated. Jacques de Ségur was at the origin of the plantation of the Lafite vineyard around 1670 and in the early 1680s. In 1695, Jacques de Ségur’s heir son, Alexandre, took the Château Latour heiress as his wife and the union will give Birth of Nicholas-Alexandre de Ségur. The two stately domains of Lafite and Latour thus come together for the beginning of a common wine history.
Considered one of the most beautiful estates in the province, the hallmark of Dehesa la Granja wines is given by an underground cave of 3,000 square meters built in 1750.

Duero, in a land that is already mythical. Currently, Condado de Haza has 200 hectares of 100% Tempranillo vineyards, the characteristic grape of the four Fernández Rivera Family wineries.To perfect its wines, all made with Tempranillo, the structure of this winery was designed by excavating a hill. In addition, it has a bottle rack located in a tunnel almost 30 meters deep.
Alejandro Fernández is the image of a self-made man. Since his youth a dream grew up; to create his own winery, and in it, make great red wines. But he had to wait until 1972 to have his truly own winery: a small stone place, from the XVI century, where performed almost the entire process. Amalaya was Donald Hess first investment in Argentina in the vineyards of Arenal. It represented the “Hope for a Miracle”, a plantation in an unused land, no one ever sowed soil before, not even the Incas. Amalaya was the word that captivated Hess from the very first day. It refers to an expression of desire used by natives. The Amalaya wines stem from an experiment at Bodega Colomé. The idea was to find alternative varieties for Malbec to make a great product. “If blends are successful in the Old World, why can’t we have them here?”, were the words uttered by Donald Hess in 2003. Years later, Colomé’s expansion drove him to search for the versatility of the New World, in a quest to find new wines.

Etsu, meaning pleasure or joy in Japanese language, is a gin made by the Asahikawa Distillery on the island of Hokkaido. Best known for its rice wine (Sake) or the spirit Shochu, Japan started entering the global spirits market with its whiskies in the early 2000s, and with its modern gins in recent years.
City of London Gin is a refreshing traditional style of London Dry Gin made from a unique family recipe and contains a classic blend of 9 botanicals including juniper, lemon peel, coriander, angelica, orris root and cinnamon.
In the 18th century, the Rieussec estate belonged to the Carmelite monks in Langon. The confiscation of the estate during the revolution led to its public sale around 1790 as a “object of national heritage” to Mr. Marheilhac, owner at that time of Château La Louvière in Léognan. Château Rieussec was acquired by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) in 1984. The estate then consisted of 110 hectares, 68 hectares of which were vines. To enhance Château Rieussec’s potential, rigorous measures were implemented, including meticulous sorting of the grapes and fermenting in barrels, which provides a much finer selection for the blending of the Grand Vin.

This story began in 1875 when Alfredo Francisco Pellas Canessa, a young adventurer from Genoa, Italy, decides to risk everything leaving behind his family and the comforts of the old continent to travel to the exotic country of Nicaragua.
In 1890, he discovered the perfect location to found the Flor de Caña distillery, right in the shadow of the San Cristóbal volcano, the highest and most active in Nicaragua. The fertility of its land, the enriched water and the high volcanic temperatures turned out to be key elements in forging the exceptionally smooth flavor of the rum.

The Nagahama distillery is located in the small Japanese town of the same name on the shores of Lake Biwa. It is considered the smallest distillery in the country. With only 1,000 and 500 litre pot stills, the production volume is so small that the producers buy Whisky from overseas for their bottlings and blend it with their own to make Blended Malts

Kurayoshi the foothills of Mt. Daisen, here has a fine water that is indispensable for whisky distilling. Kurayoshi, called that “Life is good” is the origin of the word, but the annual temperature range in the Sea of Japan side is large, and the aging of whisky also advances quickly compared to the actual situation like Islay Island.
It is no exaggeration to say that whiskey is made by barrel and the nature. Our distillery is not big, we have a small number of staff, however, we will continue to strive all the staff with the desire to deliver the best whisky.
Perfectly balanced with heather honey, sweet caramel, Japanese plum, balanced oak, peat and toffee with hints of sandalwood and green tea. Non chill-filtered at 48% alcohol to keep its natural flavors at maximum. Blended at its peak flavor, rather than a predetermined ratio.12
Kaiyō whisky is matured in the finest Japanese Mizunara oak casks. These casks are handmade. due to Mizunara oak’s delicate wood grain. They are among the rarest casks in the world and are. considered the finest in which to mature whisky.
Hatozaki Small Batch is a 100% malt whisky. It is an artisan blend of 5 to 6-year-old single malt whiskies produced in small batches of less than 20 casks. The blend is aged for several years in old bourbon and sherry and mizunara casks (Japanese white
oak from the Hokkaido and Tohuku forests). It is never colored or filtered which preserves the whisky’s personality.”
Akashi “White Oak” Blended whisky is a soft Japanese whisky with a mild, apple-tinged sweetness. It’s more of a mixer than a contemplative spirit. Specific tasting notes include toast, raw oats, lemon zest, golden apple, dried apricot, white pepper, caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla.
Wolfburn is the most northerly whisky distillery on the Scottish mainland, and our master craftsmen fashion their whisky the same way it has always been made: by hand, using only the finest ingredients, and without haste.
Kilchoman Parish is home to some of the most fertile land on Islay. It is here, in the fields surrounding the distillery, that we grow an average of 200 tons of barley each year. Sown each spring, once Islay’s 50,000 geese have migrated, our farm team tends the barley through the summer months before harvesting in early September. Harvest time represents the beginning of the whiskey making process which sees our Kilchoman grow malted barley, distilled, matured and bottled here at the distillery, eventually becoming Islay’s only farm single malt Scotch whiskey.
Edradour distillery (Scottish Gaelic: Eadar Dhà Dhobhar, “between two rivers”) is a Highland single malt whisky distillery based in Pitlochry, Perthshire. Its owners claim it to be the smallest distillery in Scotland. It has been owned by the Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company since 2002, and was previously owned by Pernod Ricard.

Our exceptional oak casks are the single greatest contributor to the outstanding quality, natural colours and distinctive aromas and flavours of The Macallan. These oak casks are crafted to our own specifications and account for up to 80% of the final aromas and flavours of The Macallan. Because of this, we spend more per cask than any other distillery in sourcing, crafting, seasoning and caring for its casks.

This precise work is carried out with great respect for biodiversity and, increasingly, the principles of biodynamic cultivation. Our vineyards are located in three classic Champagne districts: the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne, and the Côte des Blancs. The diversity and fertility of these sites provide our House with an extensive and rich palette from which to fashion the wines.
The House’s 179 hectares are planted with 85% of Grand Cru and Premier Cru vines, spread over seven main vineyards: Aÿ, Avenay, Tauxières, Louvois et Verzenay are planted with Pinot Noir, Cuis with Chardonnay and Champvoisy with Pinot Meunier. Bollinger is one of a very few champagne Houses to produce the majority of their own grapes for their blends.

Nicolas Feuillatte was born in Paris in 1926, and at 23 years old he eradicated in New York, where he worked to become in the most important coffee importer in the United States. Bodega Colomé was founded in 1831, probably by the Spanish Governor of Salta, Nicolás Severo de Isasmendi y Echalar. In 1854, his daughter Ascensión, who married to José Benjamín Dávalos, brought the first French pre-phylloxera Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon vines to Colomé. Grapes from three vineyards, planted in that year, are still used in the production of Colomé Reserva wines. Colomé Estate belonged to Isasmendi-Dávalos families along 170 years. Donald Hess acquired it in 2001. Donald and Ursula Hess first visited the Calchaquí Valleys in 1998. They were searching for the perfect terroir and the ideal weather to produce truly unique Argentinean wines. What they discovered here was beyond their expectations: they actually found their second home. The grandeur and natural beauty of Colomé inspired and rejuvenated them. In 2001, they purchased Colomé. Since then, they created the recent history of Colomé, the richest in achievements and developments, both for Winery and the people of Colomé.

This wine takes its name from Ca’Marcanda, the winery. Ca’Marcanda is the Piedmontese term for “house of endless negotiations” and refers to the many hours that Angelo Gaja spent convincing the previous owners of the property to sell him the farm.

The Tenuta Tignanello estate is in the heart of Chianti Classico, in the gently rolling hillsides between the Greve and Pesa river valleys. It extends over an area of 319 hectares (788 acres), of which about 130 (321 acres) are dedicated to vines. Two of the estate’s prized vineyards are on the same hillside, Tignanello and Solaia, on soils that originated from marine marlstone from the Pliocene period rich in limestone and schist. The vines enjoy hot temperatures during the day and cooler evenings throughout the growing season. The estate’s two signature wines, Solaia and Tignanello, are produced from these vineyards and have been defined by the international press as “among the most influential wines in the history of Italian viticulture”.
In the 1950s, Nelly Cattier, mother to Jean-Jacques, discovered a character in a novel she was reading, called ‘M. DeBrignac’. She found the name noble and registered it for use on a new wine in the future. It was long forgotten, and during the creation of this new tête de cuvée from the house in the early 2000s, Jean-Jacques decided to pay tribute to his mother by adopting this special name.
Each bottle of Armand de Brignac is coated in metal, finished with the hand application of French pewter labels and polished. Only 20 bottles can be completed per person per hour in the winery, and as a result, no two bottles are the same.

Amalaya was Donald Hess first investment in Argentina in the vineyards of Arenal. It represented the “Hope for a Miracle”, a plantation in an unused land, no one ever sowed soil before, not even the Incas. Amalaya was the word that captivated Hess from the very first day. It refers to an expression of desire used by natives. The Amalaya wines stem from an experiment at Bodega Colomé. The idea was to find alternative varieties for Malbec to make a great product. “If blends are successful in the Old World, why can’t we have them here?”, were the words uttered by Donald Hess in 2003. Years later, Colomé’s expansion drove him to search for the versatility of the New World, in a quest to find new wines.
In 1961, Jean-Claude and Claudine Boisset, a young couple in the heart of Burgundy, France, embarked on a career in the wine trade. Their first customers were friends of the family; the first wines were acquired from neighbors and childhood friends. Three years later, they purchased their first vineyard plot – Les Evocelles in Gevrey-Chambertin. The second generation – Jean-Charles Boisset and his sister Nathalie – carry their parent’s vision forward. After working for eight years to develop Boisset’s US business, Jean-Charles returned to France in 1999, where he and Nathalie developed and implemented the company’s evolving philosophy – from négociant-éleveur to viniculteur. The Léglise family from Libourne founded the property that was to become Château L’Évangile. They were actively involved, around the middle of the 18th century, in the creation of Pomerol’s vineyards. L’Évangile appeared in the 1741 land registry under the name of Fazilleau. In 1990, Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) acquired L’Évangile from the Ducasse family with a view to ensuring that the property was looked after to the same high standard. DBR (Lafite)’s initial influence included a more refined selection of the Grand Vin, and the creation of Blason de L’Évangile as a second wine. Efforts were also undertaken to improve the vineyard with a restoration and partial renewal plan that was launched in 1998. The complete renovation of the vat room and the cellar, which was finished in 2004, completed the property’s new configuration.
Sassicaia is named after the Saint Guido della Gherardesca who lived during the XI century. It is located on the Tyrrhenian coast, between Leghorn and Grosseto, in Maremma an area made famous by Italian Nobel prize winner Giosuè Carducci, and it stretches for 13 km from the sea to the hills. Three are its defining characteristics: the Sassicaia wine, the Razza Dormello-Olgiata thoroughbred studfarm and the Bird Sanctuary Padule di Bolgheri. They divide the estate between the Padule on the coast, the horse’s training grounds on the plain, and the vineyards planted up to 350 meters on the hills. The latter have been given their own DOC, the DOC Bolgheri Sassicaia, the first, and so far only case in Italy of a DOC contained in one estate.

Acquired in 1999 by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), the 550 hectare estate has undergone a vast rehabilitation programme. 167 hectares of vines have been replanted with carefully selected traditional Languedoc grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan, complemented by Cabernet, Merlot and Chardonnay. The estate buildings were restored at the same time and a new winery installed in the old cellars, in the heart of the vineyard.
The Bodega Noemia de Patagonia project began with the discovery and restoration of an ancient vineyard, hidden among a cluster of poplars surrounding this small vineyard. This old vineyard was planted with Malbec grapes in the 1930s in a remote corner of the Rio Negro valley. It was quite a feat to reach such a hidden place; 620 miles south of Buenos Aires, 280 miles to the east of the Andes, 310 miles west of the Atlantic coast or 1240 miles from Tierra del Fuego. The project partners, famous Italian wine producer Countess Noemi Marone Cinzano and Danish winemaker Hans Vinding-Diers, fell in love with the place and decided to restore it and return it to its original condition.

Hertog Jan (“Duke John”, Dutch pronunciation: [ɦɛrtɔχ jɑn]) is a brewery in the Netherlands. Originally Hertog Jan was a unique brand, owned by De Kikvorsch dealer in Deest. Under this brand several types of beer were put on the market, of which the high-fermentation beers were all made in Arcense Stoombierbrouwerij in Arcen. In 1998 it was renamed Hertog Jan Brouwerij. The brewery is named after John I, Duke of Brabant. His Dubbel, Tripel and Grand Prestige have gained great prestige for beer advocates.
Proud of our region, we wanted to open our own brewery and use as many locally grown ingredients as possible.
